If you’re ever in the US Virgin Islands and have a day to kill, do yourself a favor and charter a boat. It’s the absolute best way to see some more of the islands, specifically the British Virgin Islands, with your own private boat captain and itinerary. The Iowans did this to celebrate Dan’s 29th birthday and our day with Kevin from CrewZen VI was fantastic!

We couldn’t have asked for better weather or better company. We started our day with a quick stop in Tortola to clear customs. Then it was on to “The Aquarium” off of Norman Island for snorkeling. We worked up an appetite after that and went to Pirate’s Bight for lunch.  Then the birthday boy took a jump off of Willy T’s, and we headed to Little Jost Van Dyke and Jost Van Dyke. We had an absolutely awesome day with truly amazing weather, plus we got to try out our new GoPro camera. I hear it’s snowing in Iowa, so enjoy this little mental road trip…
