Dan and I LOVE to explore the island searching for the perfect drinks and snacks. What better way to learn our way around and find out who has the best food than to check out happy hour? It’s the best hour of the day, in my opinion.  So, if you’re not ready to read about delicious drinks and scrumptious appetizers, you shouldn’t continue.

Wine Down Wednesday at Fresh Bistro

Fresh Bistro is a lovely little spot at Yacht have Grande, right on the water. The name says it all: they serve great food using super fresh ingredients, locally sourced when possible. Wine Down Wednesday is a delicious little time in the middle of the week when you can get $5 glasses of wine and $5 bites from 5-8 pm. It’s quickly becoming our Wednesday routine. We were there last night with A & M to thank them for helping us with our island jeep issues. That’s a whole other story. Pictures!

Part of my problem with reviewing food and drinks here is that I almost ALWAYS forget to take pictures before I start enjoying them. Oh shoot, I have to go back!? I didn’t get a snap of the Danish blue cheese-stuffed buffalo chicken on a stick or the roasted vegetables and lemongrass tofu with Thai peanut noodles, but both of those were delicious as well.
